Exchange period: we offer a 7-day exchange period in store from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Refunds: we do not offer refunds. However, you may exchange your item for a different size, colour or product in store.
condition of item: items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in anyway are not eligible for return or exchange.
final sale items: some items may be marked as final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
non-exchangeable items (hygiene purposes): Due to hygiene reasons, hijabs, caps, and basic essentials cannot be exchanged or returned.
